Love “tater” salad! I make it very similar to yours, except for the vinegar, I use a some of the syrup from my homemade sweet pickles! I usually have a jar of the syrup leftover from making pickles and I save for that purpose...potato salad and deviled eggs! TFS

I don’t put vinegar in it or the dill pickle relish but otherwise we have the same recipe that’s good to know north and south Minnesota here but I love Kentucky
