That massager is seriously one of my most favorite purchases ever!! I have lots of neck and back pain due to a car accident and the damage it did to my body. I have several herniated disc in my back and neck, spinal stenosis and a slipped vertebrae on top of lupus and fibromyalgia. So let’s just say I am in constant chronic pain 24/7. The first time I used it I went a little aggressive because it absolutely felt amazing but the days after I was so sore but I continued use and it has helped me tremendously all the soreness in my muscles is almost gone and I sleep much better than I have in years. I highly recommend it but I do also realize everyone is different but it’s worth the hype in my opinion

I was going to say that, too. Everyone is different. Some enjoy a deep tissue type of massage and some find a Swedish massage too harsh 🤷‍♀️

I did buy that shiatsu massager on TT recently, because I couldn't move my head! While it did result in some residual soreness, it helped exponentially! It's important to remember that it is not giving and gentle like hands would be. It's a very hard surface - keep that in mind.

I love squashies! Ours (UK) are made my swizzles, which is also the name of the candy you call smarties. In the UK, smarties are flat round chocolates covered in a hard sugar shell.

I have shoulder, neck and head tension. I've seen a physio and chiro and they both recommended a theracane. It is much more targeted and you are in control. It can also be used anywhere. There's a bit of a learning curve but I can't do without it now. I use it every day on my neck and the bottom of my scalp where I get loads of tension. Emma x

I have gnarly GNARLY shoulder knots because my posture is terrible. I sit like a shrimp 🦐. I’ve gotten a few deep tissue massages and my masseuse never gets them out. That’s how bad they are lol so I bought one of those shiatsu massagers on Amazon and my god, it hurts so good on my shoulder knots. I can hear them popping and cracking. It’s like a deep tissue massage so if you don’t like those, you won’t like the at home massager lol it can be painful but man it really is a treat for me. I love my massages to be just a little painful lol that’s why I said it hurts so good! It gives me chill bumps when it goes over certain spots on my back.
