The broom was the right thing to do when technology was still developing now we use blender and cut the cooking time. Same goes for pounded yam. Cook the yam and put it in food processor no more pounding and having headaches before eating.

@@angelicakweku5293it’s has become apparent that you are illiterate and lack any sense of understanding and comprehension. You are up and down these comments talking rubbish about who can claim this and that. Why don’t you understand that food especiallly within west Africa cannot be completely pinned down to belonging to one nation or tribe, this isn’t all food but a lot because all over west Africa we share similar/ same food. Get a grip.

Soon Ghanaians will be dragging these traditional foods with Nigerians. They now lay claim to Ewedu, Egusi, peppers soup, moimoi etc. Nothing wrong in copying the foods but just say it originated from Nigeria!!! Kenke, Banku and tilapia are Ghanaian foods. Even if a Nigerian prepares it, we all know it's from Ghana!!!

Ayoyo is Northern Ghana food, And Egusi is called "Agushi" by the Ga And "Akatoa" by the Akans.. We ve been eating Palava sauce with Rice and Ampesi for a long time😂😂😂.. We know our foods and the one we eat its definitely not Yours😂😂😂.. Apart from Agushi (Egusi) , we have "WreWre" and are u going to say "WreWre is from You"..😂😂😂 We know ourselves and foods and Yall don't influence nothing

@emmanuellaa.lartey3365 You make it yours, of course, but where is the origin? Igbos eat Ewedu, called ( NGBORODI) vegetable, but do not prepare it like Yorubas. They cut it like every other vegetable and cook with it, but when it comes to preparing it with Broom - like equipment in a slurry, running, style? The origin is YORUBAS!!! Please give it to them. And I am not Yoruba.

I don't exactly get the point you're trying to make. Whether we like it or not, Nigeria is one of the most diverse nations on planet earth. It is very wrong and erroneous to try to categorise Nigerian food into one single homogenous cuisine. Like her people, Nigerian food is extremely diverse. It's okay, there's really no need to keep claiming this and that, dishes can develop independently if the same raw ingredients are found in different juristrictions, take coconut rice for example, how many regions of the world claim this dish? Foods and cooking techniques must have been transferred between Ghana and Nigeria through immigrant populations over hundreds of years also. Most Nigerians who are conscious of the country's diversity would agree that Tatiana would need to devote a whole year or more touring Nigeria to get the true flavours of Nigerian food. Unfortunately, such an endeavour is virtually impossible with the current state of insecurity in the country. Though you'll find most Nigerian ethnicities living in South Western cities like Lagos and Ibadan, what you can find here still can not represent the full gamut of what Nigerian cuisine has to offer, this is just a fact.

@@angelicakweku5293 You are the origins of Nothing As a matter of Fact , we don't even know yall "Akatoa" is Akan name and before social media , we didn't know yall eat it too .. Tuo Zaafi is Northern food for Northerners and am very sure they don't Know yall either.. You eat Fufu (shallows with stew) , we definitely not the same And whatever we cook here ain't from yall

Yes i agreed with youv Tatiana we do have things in common but thae same goes to some of you Ghanaian as well always wanting to score a point by comparing Nigeria with Ghana are we in a competition in anyway so why on your video cooking in Nigeria you have to be comparing the ways Ghanaians cook their foods over the ways Nigerisns cook their foods i really don't know what you are trying to achieved with that been said you too need to stop making all those silly negative comments about the way Nigerians cook their food and drop your ego or is your you tube channel now a food cooking competition channel between Nigeria and your country Ghana if not you will need to stop that kind of behavior and if you don't stop you will be reported to the you tube and you might not like the out come after all Nigerians and Ghanaians are like a brother's and sister's .

U will report her channel? Some of u nigerians need to grow up. Did she insult ur food? Do u see Ghanaians report nigerians when they comment our food? Like calling some of our food sacrificial food? Man go sit down somewhere with that nonsense. U people always acting like cry babies. If she was an European, will u be saying this nonsense. Where in the video did she insult ur food ?

Sister i am very sorry to say that you should at least put some kind of effort into relpying your viewers and your lovely subscribers across the globe instead of busy making those silly comments about use their food receipts to cook their food like you want to score a point sorry your point is invalid ,Tatiana can l pls ask you a question the company's around this your you tube journey don't they advice you from time to time to putting more efforts in replying comment on your you tube channel most of your video you don't reply comments and if you are too busy body pls get someone to help you relpy those your viewers and subscribers comments and remember Nigerian's and Ghanaian's are like brothers and sister all over the world pls don't be offended with my comment's i am only speaking from what i saw on your visit to Nigeria cooking food videos and don't you know you are a professional content creator or don't you get paid for creating contents.

Some of you Nigerians , I don't know what's wrong with you? What exactly are you fighting over? What you called Egusi soup, we call it agushi/Akatoa and we use it to eat boiled yam plantain or rice. Your pepper soup is light soup which we eat with rice, fufu( Cassava and plantain). We have things in common and differences. Nobody stole anything from you so stop that ego talk.
