Great upload l was salivating that's my favorite food l recreated this on my channel using vegetables to make it very nutritious.But they cook it the way our grandmothers did it. For me l boil the beans and throw the first water away to remove the gas. Tatiana akpe. Volta nie❤❤❤❤

I still can't believe my eyes. So they know and even prepare this dish somewhere in Ghana? "Tutu" my favorite traditional Antillean (Curaçao)🇨🇼dish. Who knew this?
