Vincenzo was the only kdrama the whole family got to watch together. Even my father was the one who initiate watching it again. He said there are real morals in the story and its close to what is happening now. Kudos to the director..writer..staff and artist..especially Song Joong Ki..the best His voice is so smooth here and I can’t imagine him losing his cool as he said..I think he resonate Vicenzo in so many ways

Just like Song Joong-ki said. If you watch Vincenzo, you won't go to sleep. You'll want to watch it until the end. Corruption, nepotism and greed on the one hand, and a righteous struggle with insight, humor and exaggeration on the other, it's not just Korea, it's the whole world. That's why everyone loves and understands the show. I secretly hope there will be more and more fans and the producers decide to make a sequel. I wish Song Joong-ki more successful roles like this. I love him in both Space Sweepers and Arthdale Chronicles.

@@neirasworld haha omg I totally get it. I found my older brother sitting in front of the tv and I just played it there on the tv. I kept telling him just to watch the first ten minutes, but the thing with Vincenzo is because it’s that good you wanna keep watching more, so he wanted to keep watching. Then I’d tell him he’d have to watch till episode 4 cause that’s when EVERYTHING changes. And then after he got hooked I started to do the same with my whole family. Having another person back up my words about how good it is actually played a big part in getting the rest of my fam to watch it. So try get one person into it, watch it with them at least to the 4th ep (lmao I did and it’s still so fun), and then watch them all get hooked on to it too 🤣🤣

he is quite perceptive. he is right that the show is popular in my country because people can relate to the societal issues they portrayed. I've seen it many times when people in my country discuss current politics. many people wished that we have our own vincenzo to punish the corrupt evil doers. he is a very refreshing character when it comes to taking down powerful but corrupt politicians and conglomerates.

I recently got to know about Joongki. I watched Vincenzo repeatedly and i can't appreciate his acting enough. It's immensely good. He has the power to portray what the character is like and what's it's objective. He's a true artist. I am eager to check out his other dramas once my exams are over. I was rewatching Pride and Prejudice and then Tunnel on Netflix and Vincenzo kept popping up on my recommended list but I didn't like the sound of it. Had recently watched Space Sweepers and really enjoyed that but I didn't realise the link with SJK, lol. Finally thought I'd have a look at it and was hooked from the first episode. Got my hubby to watch that with me on my second viewing, he is not a fan of watching things with subtitles but we are English and only know a few very, very simple words in Korean (and just a little more in Italian) so we had no choice. Anyway, he also thought it was brilliant but he gets bored with things quickly so he stopped actively watching from episode 3. However, I watched it on the tv in the living room so he and our youngest daughter had no choice but to watch it with me, lol. They constantly repeat lines from the show and we regularly discuss the merits of and need for a Vincenzo character in our country to deal with the corruption etc!! Brilliant series from start to finish, all the actors were superb and it has become my number 1 recommendation from Netflix. I shall watch it with my elder daughter when we are finally able to go visit her and, although she is reluctant at the moment because of the need for subtitles, I know she will grow to love it too. There are life lessons in this drama for all of us, no matter our nationality, and this dark comedy is excellent at transcending language barriers with stellar performances from all involved.

As an American I like the stories of international dramas and movies. Growing up we never had access to international content, it's exciting to learn about different cultures, language, and entertainment. I've watched alot of Korean dramas and I do pick up on alot of the funny aspects (through music queues or body language) but if I don't understand something I'll look it up.

Reason I loved Vincenzo besides anything is Vincenzo a unique and great character with a fantastic story line. Watching Vincenzo who is a master strategist.. the man who didn’t just play with pieces on a board ...he played chess with real people, using his mind which was his true weapon and seeing that he knew exactly when and how to use it effectively made you excited to see what’s next. Vincenzo is fiercely loyal, and inspired loyalty in others we the audience could relate. Yes the actions scenes were great and he was good at fighting but what made him good was he knew how and when to use it. Vincenzo is patient extremely patient, he was good at seeing the other villains in the room and assessing the situation and we the audience felt it. Vincenzo was good at becoming soft for Cha young but with villians becoming the alpha dog really quickly even his clothing and dress was weaponized, he knew that coming in jogging pants didn’t intimidate but showing up in a custom made suit worth a couple of grand, well 😏 that Vincenzo was good at making an entrance. Every aspect of the main character and all the sub plots makes this story great right from the beginning and kept us captivated the whole time. Thanks for a great job 👏 👏👏👏🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏾‍♀️🙇🏼‍♂️

Yep, I am not Korean and I appreciate your humor. I am so glad with the comedic scenes added to counterplay the brutality of the drama's theme. And yes, it must be because things that were portrayed in the drama are also happening where I live that watching Vincenzo felt soooo satisfying even though I am aware that Vincenzo's ways are above the law, indeed, you can only fight evil with evil. What I really love about Korean dramas (which means also Korean society) are their jokes. They are really similar to my country so it really hits home watching it. I think that's what draws me to them. Because till now, I was only used to watch 99% US production, and after discovering K-culture, they really seem 'grey' to me.

I’m from Canada and love the Korean humour, so much so that I have watched nothing but Korean programs for the last 3 months, even though I have to read the English translation. Their acting is also reallly good and before you know it you’re binge watching. I’m addicted, even if they have voice overs, I still prefer reading the translation. I figure one day I’ll wake up speaking Korean, lol.

I loved the drama! I'd seen more of your shows, so I knew, I wouldn't be disappointed. I'm happy you are curious about feedbacks. ❤️ I think every nation of the world faces similar societal problems so I think these issues in the story are close to all of us. I believe vulnerable people crave a well-skilled hero like Vincenzo is who can save them from evil-doers. The plot has great thoughts, lines, and twisted, it's touching and exciting at the same time. I created and was maintaining “a strong emotional bond” with the protagonist. The way of showing emotions in the drama captivated me. The soundtrack is amazing too, made the actions more energetic. This type of humor was really Korean, but I got lots of jokes. (including some references to the actors' previous works) But for example, in the Shaman scene, Netflix rewrote the name of the shrine in the Hungarian translation to a Hungarian pop singer's name for understanding the joke easily. And maybe there were puns we don't understand. I would be curious about the jokes and messages we perhaps didn't get. (I hope I was ok at phrasing my thoughts.) Love from Hungary! ❤️
