Our connection with pianist Eden Ladin was immediate and effortless.
Eden has been living in New York for many years, we didn’t really know each other and we never played together before, but it was obvious that we had some strange cosmic bond.
So when an opportunity came to do a spontaneous late-night session in the studio we all jumped in headfirst. So spontaneous that we didn't have most of our instruments with us and had to use whatever was at the studio.
We found ourselves playing in the most playful sense of the word.
Tossing balls of energy around, amps blasting in the room, like kids witnessing sounds shaping into imaginary colorful structures from a parallel universe, maybe a universe where we have a band with Eden.
