The game version may look better due to more animations, effects and explosions but, I must say, I prefer this version just because of how the animators managed to pull off an incredibly exciting and powerful sequence with MUCH more limited money and frames. What really sell it for me is the synchronization between the sword movement and the music starting at 1:05, not to mention the fantastic idea to use Aussenseiter Pferd Mode's mane as a bladed hurricane, creating a monstrous buildup for the technique and the final shouting! Really awesome! I really, really want Masami Obari to helm another super robot show, he did an amazing job with SRW!

@@hackerhacks9856 idik what you mean by that but theres 2 type of games the Traditional Super robot war where they mix multiple mecha animes into 1 universe, heroes, villains,nations and political situations of their respective universes, and then theres the Super Robot war Original generation that is about every original characters the made for each game of the traditional that acted has your OC and support characters unrelated to crossover anime characters. OG is its own story but they follow the route of one of their most popular games in the traditional version. for exemple Super Robot War OG Moon Dwellers is basically Super Robot War J (Judgment ) but with the storyline of Og characters Edit: gundams are also common Characters to see in this game. i've seen the 0079 gundam,gundam Wing,gundam G fighter,Gundam seed&Destiny,Code Geass,Martian Succesor Madesico,Guren Lagann,Cowboy Bepop aparently is in the newest versions even Full Metal panic ,ect...

New Getter Robo OVA. Getter took on 4 (self-proclaimed) gods (with mystical abilities, like the ability to revive themselves when killed) and (after some getter-induced rage) curbstomped them. Then a darker version of Emperor came in and absorbed the leader (after an all your powers combined moment). Then there is the non-canon version that rose out of a galaxy. It faced off against a god (who said getter was using evolution as a weapon). It's kinda iffy, like STTGL. But might stand up to EDG
