It's a trade-off. Veelas run faster, but they do much less damage. A Veela with max height from growth food has 13% damage bonus, whereas Oghmirs have 23%, most human footies have North of 25%, and Thursars can get up to 34%. The only advantage Veelas have is their speed, and he still died here because he ran out of stamina. You can't sprint away without stamina.

now I'm relieved that it's not just me, in a couple of scenes it's perfectly clear how bad the game's hitbox is. Hitting you with a one-handed mace from about 3 meters is a joke, and you got into trouble precisely because of such hits. The Henriks should work on this

It's his AUS ping. It's not hitbox issues. A lot of AUS and I think some Asia and South American players have pretty high ping that cause issues like this. But EU and NA are pretty solid. EU more solid than NA.

His opponents also get to heal and regenerate stamina everytime he runs off. Oghmirs trade off their movement for extreme defensability as showcased in this video. that veela speed difference really is your only saving grace against slower foot fighters. imo fight would have been over way faster if it wasnt for the veela speed and swimming.

This has to be the slowest, worst looking combat I have ever seen in a game. 70% of the fight is you guys running from each other to eat and pop potions, the other 30% is you standing there holding block. This is fun to you?
