One of my favorutes too but not because Nakadai, but because I can see my beloved Mifune Toshiro cutting down 23 men in less then 2 minutes and acting his scenes few as they are perfectly, that man is a legend and a bigger one thna Nakadai, with all due respect to him, because I love Nakadai Tatsuya, too. And I agree his empty eyes and his acting in the Sword of Doom was great, Harakiri was even better. Sword of Doom was one of the 3 films in which Mifune did not cut him down! (: Nakadai learnt swordfighting from Mifune, so he became good, very good.

Tatsuya Nakadai, who I consider to be one of the greatest actors. I did not know that he visited NY earlier this year. I wish if I were there to meet him. Does he have any future plans for US visit, especially in the west coast?
