Well Liz, I keep finding more and more videos and I have loved every one thus far and i have learned many things from you.i am a 30 yr quilter but you have many tips that are great and some of your techniques are much shorter and time saving and I love that! Liz Benavides when you are tareing fabric how do u keep it straight? Mine will always go to left or right. cant seem to do it straight.

+Cathy Courtney tearing depends on the fabrics. Most cottons tear well. Some fabrics tear along one side better than the other. The first time you tear a fabric you will have crooked pieces because it was cut crooked. As you continue it should straighten out.

sorry LOL i mean tearing. it seems to go real skinny on one side or the other. i may be doing to long of strips.

+Cathy Courtney. Hum? The first few strips of cotton may do that but straighten after. Try flipping the fabric. Gad you received your kit. Have fun!
