Hey man, I've sent a email to your support team, nobody has gotten back to me! I've bought three brush packs, and one won't download, I've reach out numerous amounts of time, and have only gotten one reply refer me to the support email, which I have sent three emails to already and no one has gotten back to me! I'm struggling artist with no money, I need every dime I come across, I spend money with you guys knowing I'm going to support another artist such as myself. Just to be ghosted and and $21 poor than I was 4 hours ago. Smh
