The temporary tattoo thing baffles me. Why would you go through all the pain and cost of a real tattoo with none of the benefits. A stick on temp tattoo is super cheap and doesn't hurt. I would be pissed if I paid someone stick me for hours and ended up with something that faded away.

That guy is called Fernando Franco de Oliveira and he has done a lot of those modifications to himself, as do many of the more extreme modders. You could argue its no different to cosmetic surgery that is common place and for nothing more than vanity. Nose removal is safer than a BBL for starters.

My mentor had me do all types of fonts in a note book back and front of each page,then made me do all types of "a.b.c." fonts on stencil paper then finally u got to do it on oranges.should be a must in every apprenticeship cause when I first started I got all the walk ins and it was mainly all font 🤘

What about amateurs, as far as the dissappearing ink goes? Maybe it would be a good way for some people to learn without making big, permanent mistakes. There are folks out there doing free work just to get experience. Imagine tattoo artists unionize and if you're not certified this would be the way you're legally allowed to tattoo. It's a bad move for established artists to pump out these pieces but it may be the best case scenario for some.

Tongue splits are actually relatively common, probably one of the most common of the more extreme body mods. And as long as it heals up nicely it's not gonna cause anymore problems than a potential lisp. The nose thing however is definitely much more risky long-term. These kinds of mods (tongue split, removing of body parts like nose, lips and ears, etc) actually are illegal in a lot of places, unsurprisingly. But I suppose if someone really really wants them they will always find a way
