✅Ingredients and cooking process:👇
Cut into 6-8 sausages
30 g butter
Fry for 3-5 minutes on each side
Chop 2 onions
Cut 4 cloves of garlic
Add butter
Sauté the onion for 5 minutes
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp wine vinegar
200 g tinned peppers
Salt
Black pepper
500 ml dark beer
2 tablespoons honey
Bake for 20 minutes 180C/350F
