I needed this song today. Bipolar, severe depression and anxiety, and ptsd. I struggle daily with my mental health and this song just reminds me not to give up. Not to give into that darkness that follows me. Sometimes you have to lose control and just give it back to God. Anyone else who deals with this daily, just breathe. You are loved. You are worthy. Wow. I had no idea you covered this one. I'm in tears. Tauren's acoustic version was our wedding communion song 3.5 years ago. My little brother just passed away 1.5 months ago.
