I remember when Paoli suffered the rock climbing accident. I panicked because he's my favorite musician. It's interesting to see how he used music to cope and tell his story. This one is definitely an evolution of their previous work yet still feels like them. The way the song starts so calm and then turns heavy as hell reminds me of Carnivorous Lamb, one of my favorite Fleshgod Apocalypse songs.
