The vibrato sung by Love Bites, Unlucky Morpheus, and Wagakki Band is a singing technique called kobushi in Japan, and is often used in Japanese enka songs and folk songs. (No Doubt's Gwen Stefani also has a unique vibrato) Unlucky Morpheus' recommended songs are "Dignity of Spirit" (Fuki's vibrato is wonderful) and "Angreifer" (Shiren sings with death voice) "Carry on singing to the sky" (a song that praises Andre Matos) "Tower of blood" (Fuki makes two different voices) All of them are famous songs. ラブバイツやアンラッキーモルフェウスや和楽器バンドたちが歌うビブラートは、日本では「こぶし」と呼ばれる歌唱法で、日本の演歌や民謡でも多用されています。 (ノーダウトのグウェンステファニーも独特のビブラートをしています) アンラッキーモルフェウスのお薦め曲は、「Dignity of Spirit」(フキのビブラートが素敵)「Angreifer」(紫煉がデスボイスで歌います) 「Carry on singing to the sky」(アンドレ・マトスを讃える歌です) 「Tower of blood」(フキが２種類の声を出します) どれも特徴的な名曲です。

Love Unlucky Morpheus, but being honest "M Anthem" has never been a favourite of mine. Songs like Opfer, Phantom blood and Angreifer to name a few are just breathtaking.

The vibrato is straight from Enka, a style of Japanese popular music from the mid-20th century.

Great reaction Tauri! Everything about this band is cool. Some people don't care for Fuki's vibrato... which I get. Personally, I think it fits in so well with the music and the Gothic look. Angrefier next please.

You have already seen this singer Fuki in your reaction to the band DOLL$BOXX a few months ago, but she did not use that particular kind of vibrato in that song. The musicians in DOLL$BOXX are also members of another band called Gacharic Spin and they have quite highly energetic live performances.

Another band you would probably like is Mary's Blood they are similar to Unlucky Morpheus

Mary blood nice as well, but they are more like heavy/trash/speed metal style.

The styles of MB and UM are not similar at all, MB is mainly the style of thrash metal, power metal and punk/hardcore

Tauri, need to react more to GALNERYUS, without them there will be no Unlucky Morpheus, Lovebites and others Japanese power metal band. They kickstart the trend of japanese modern take on power metal genre.

Not one of my favorite. I think their masterpieces are other songs such as Angreifer (live version is amazing), Phantom Blood, Black Pentagram and many others. "M Anthem" just a good song, nothing else.
