Ok, so I'm watching this Sunday night, am literally just up to you expressing the week you've had...me too! Must've been in tune with spirit as I too had reached a level of emotional meltdown...the universe was screaming at me to "get out, go to Port" my go to beach Heaven (Macquarie). 2 days of intense headaches, I finally listened. Took off, on my own for two days. Hubby came down for one night only. It was just what I needed. Found my inner strength again, and all is good ...back on track. You are amazingly gifted Karen.
