Nail on the head, about all of it. I don't want them back anymore, the new person has already come in ... and they give me what I've never had. The old one has reached out - but all that is on offer here between us is friendship ... and not even sure about giving even that much. I just want to find the closure in the situation, and close this chapter out - and move forward. They weren't a waste of time - they taught me the importance of self-love, and putting myself first. So for that, I am grateful.

It exactly what happened in my relationship. I decided to end and leave him with his thoughts and undecided self. I did feel I wasted my time like you said. I’m happy and relief now 🎉❤❤❤!!
