This is on point. Last few days were a rollercoaster. But I took it as an opportunity to be aware of myself, learn, and also release . . . both through sound healing and breathwork. Universe sent me a sound healing for shadow work video that helped me switch out of my mental chatter and out from under the emotional tsunami of energy. It was all very distracting . . . I couldn't get anything accomplished. Hope all the other tauruses are finding what they need in order to keep pushing forward.
