Beautiful, TY. Very right on target for me. I have retired, resigned from a job that I was in for 4.5 years. It was supposed to be my retirement plan, but I couldn't continue there. It was very controlled and I was very very unhappy. I am releasing, forgiving and moving in. I have my own business and have for a very long time. I am building it back up. My Mother is in Spirit and she'd tell me don't compromise, move on. 😊 I tried very hard to make it work, but it felt so oppressive and not enough autonomy or appreciation. I had been working for myself for 13 years before that and I guess I couldn't fit back into the extremely micromanaged setting 🙃 So, I am already getting new clients, even while on vacation 😂 Such a blessing to be free from all that toxic energy! And no more alarm clocks and timed breaks and timed work errands and timed lunches. It all does the opposite of what they're trying to achieve. It makes your staff afraid to use their own judgement, to be a person that can be responsible for their time, their work. There's so much more I could say, but, I've said enough. 😊 I am so very happily free!!🎉❤
