Really resonated with this reading, all of it. Moments of darkness, introspection ..which is sort of growth. Im getting into yoga more after finding a great, enthusiastic and positive online instructor specifically targeting over 50s, with short classes. Giving means loss and regret. If your cup were full, you could give more and not feel loss. If your cup is overflowing, simply by being with others, they will feel better for you simply being there and will feel a void after you leave. You have to be the most important person in your life.
