Mit diesem Animationsfilm haben wir versucht, allen Altersgruppen - von Kindern bis Erwachsenen - das Wesen und die kreativen Ursprünge der Jugendstilbewegung näher zu bringen. Wir wollten zeigen, wie diese neue vielfältige Kunstbewegung unterschiedliche kreative Wege eröffnete, auf denen KünstlerInnen ihre eigenen Prioritäten in der künstlerischen Herangehensweise definierten. Gleichzeitig versuchten wir, auch die Gemeinsamkeiten der Bewegung aufzuzeigen - die fruchtbaren kreativen Ideen, die Konfrontation mit gesellschaftlichen Erwartungen und die Inspiration aus der Natur, der orientalischen Kunst und der Volkskunst. Der Animationsfilm, der die Artefakte aus unserer Sammlung und alte Fotos vom Gebäude des Ungarischen Museums für Kunstgewerbe zeigt, macht die Jugendstilbewegung für Kinder und Erwachsene auf unterhaltsame Weise zugänglich.

In the animated film, we try to make it comprehensible for all, from the youngest ones to the adults, what the essence and the source of creativity of the Art Nouveau movement are. Initially, we started from the fact that this new diverse art movement launched many different creative paths where artists defined their own priorities in the artistic approach. At the same time, we also tried to indicate the similarities of this movement; the wholesome creative ideas, the confrontation with social expectations and the inspiration drawn from nature, from oriental art and from folk art. The animated film featuring the artifacts from our collection and the vintage photos of the building of the Museum of Applied Arts makes the Art Nouevau movement accessible and fun for children and adults alike.
