Ive also pulled this build off (to a much smaller scale before just triple levelling at least) on gallywix as well. I dont think it can go this extreme though, but still gets you to 25-30 gold turns pretty quickly with HP included

How important is the health buffing elemental to this build? Is there another cheap tempo stick in non elemental lobbies?

You 100% need demons, but to do it without elementals you just need to get way luckier with rolls, opponents, and hero power :)

Was he only buying the gold spells like oil and stuff from the shop with landlubbers to increase his max gold? I didnt quite get it

@@bertschnitzel1559 There are quite a few economy spells on tavern 1 and especially 2: the one you mentioned that increases max gold, one that normally costs health to give +1 gold but is free if you have the demon that prevents/heals the hp cost of your cards, one that costs 1 gold this turn to give you 2 more gold next turn, the refresh ofc is 2 gold to give you 3 gold worth of rolls, and then I don't think the 1 gold to get 1 gold does anything except eventually making the fungus bigger (which he somehow never got after leveling to 6). It made him exponentially snowball his gold/economy each turn, while scaling his board almost enough to keep up w/ the lobby due to the elemental that gains hp every time you refresh the shop. And then ofc having 30+ max gold and 2 big/huge units on tavern 6 means you'll find some way to get 1st if you know what you're doing and have the APM.

If you think about it, strike oil is an "investment" that pays itself back in 3 turns. If you think the game is going to end in less than 3 turns, then the card is just not worth buying anymore.

@@jandjhroco That's why you DO scrutinize what he's doing and try to think if it makes sense yourself, but you DON'T just straight up tell him he could have (made some tradeoff like spending gold to have) played better. Rather, you ask him if something you thought of would have been better. Or say something like "maybe I'm missing something, but it looks like doing X would have been better than what you actually did." Basically, take into account the full extent of other people's skills, knowledge and expertise, while also recognizing they're fallible.
