Ingredients for spice blend:
Coriander seeds 2 tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Black peppercorns 1 Tbs
Green cardamom 1 tsp
Black cardamom 3 small size
Bay leaves 3 medium size
Cloves 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
connamon stick 2 & 1/2 inches long
White pepper 1 tbs
Chili powder 2 tbs
Black pepper 1 tbs
For spicy yogurt
Yogurt 2 1/2 cup
Prepared spice blend 2 tbs or as desired
For chicken Marination
Chicken with bones 1 kg
Salt 3/4 tbs or to taste
Vinegar 1 tbs
Garlic paste 1 tbs
Prepared spicy yogurt 2 - 3 tbs
Cooking oil / ghee as needed
Green chili as desired
Lemon slices as desired
