Mentioned this in a reply to another comment, but the Cover Staff in question weren't actual Cover employees, they were vtubers from the major Japanese GTA RP server Street Graffiti (STGR). They helped out with the earlier NijiGTA event, and I believe with VCR GTA as well. Some of the vtubers were Momomi Kohanai, Cieloli Eguchi, Suzune Rabbit, and Hatsuka Neru.

@@ridwana4037 None of those I listed are as far as I know. The only bilingual STGR member I know off the top of my head is Hestia Happiness, and I don't think she was a participant.

I saw STGR staff on the last day, so I think Cover Staff were indeed actual cover employees, and STGR were acting more in the background and perhaps invisible. But maybe you have actual info about this from a source?

@@YenZin108 I never saw any STGR staff on stream, but I don't think it really matters regardless. The ones we know of are the ones I named, because they acknowledged it themselves on their Twitter accounts, and Miko herself confirmed the STGR involvement in the intro stream. It could have been all of them showing up as Cover Staff, or it could just have been some of them. Edit: To be more specific, the streamers I named all seemed to be working as staff support for specific groups. Cieloli, for example, was the mechanics' support. Rekaka (a non-streamer) was the police support. But there were more involved beyond them just from what I've seen on various posts.

It roughly translates to "go out there as you wish/will" (in a really nice way, not command) and its meaning changes depending on how its used.
