LOL I'm happy you get your teeth cleaned every 3 months whether you need it. I would recommend having the hygienist clean your teeth with sonic p. It's like a SRP (SCALING AND ROOT PLANNING) with water that sprays on your teeth. It's better then just the instruments alone. They still use the instruments too. Make sure your periodontal number don't go over a 4! I've been a dental assistant 20+ years. I'm taking a break from it. I want to do something different. I really wanna SING!!!! No HELP or CONNECTIONS! Thanks, Tawny for you awesome video's!!!!!
