Washington State’s BOI website isn’t even accessible for blind business owners: therefore, violating title 2 of the ADA.

I've already filled for one of my companies but I was about to for the other 2 and I'm sure there's a lot of us out here that found out about needing to file from you in previous videos, now that we shouldn't file from this video, and don't even know where to go to find out if it becomes law again.

I'm curious how much burden is there? It seems like adding some lines for name and address to the articles of incorporation or sales of the corporation would be a pretty low barrier?

Supposed I filed an LLC in May 2024 and failed to register the BOI within the requested period. Will I still be fined after the new update on the BOI registration? I was unaware of that requirement when I first filed my LLC, and I learned about the BOI because of the new update that was to be placed on hold.

I'm guessing it would depend on the final outcome. But as of now, since it's ruled unconstitutional, it would be a no. If it is ruled unconstitutional at the end of the court case (which I assume it will be), you also wouldn't be fined. So the only situation where you might be fined is if they overturn this injunction and the government wins the case. Even then, I think they will make an exception for people and move the date back due to all the confusion.
