@@Leadwithme.1 which amount you are asking saquib? Estimated income or estimated income of previous year. There are Two clauses 16 & 17 in form 15g. For clause 16 you just mention your total PF from passbook (the amount you want to withdraw) , and in 17 you just add Rs 50k/60k in total PF and show the amount.

In the online form, they're asking me to upload Form 15-H as well. Given that she's a senior citizen with a net taxable income or roughly 6-7 lakhs for this fiscal year (2023-24), is it mandatory for her to upload Form 15-H as well? Please guide.

Dear Sourav, Unfortunately there is no online process available to claim previous PF balance after settlement of full and final PF withdrawal form 19. You should visit nearest PF office to know the exact process for withdrawal of previous PF balances.

1) According to EPFO rules,Form 15G is not required while claiming pf withdrawal claim if total service is more than 5 years. 2) pension does not reflect in latest pf statement like pf balance. Only service history is transfered. You can proceed for pension withdrawal if transfer process is complete for PF balances.
