Nice reaction. This song was inspired by the movie ‘the Snowman’. Childhood innocence has always been an important inspiration for Tuomas in his songwriting (“A writer by a fire, imagined all of Gaia, took a journey into a child man’s heart”).This song tells us that happiness can be found in stories, in whatever way you consume them (“The core of all life is a limitless chest of tales”).

Hell of a band saw them in 2015 in Toronto, Canada: Phoenix Concert Theatre they are unreal in concert, I can only say it was like having an religious exp. I am 65 and thought I had seen some tight bands but they are on a level all by themselves .

This is our Valkyrie Goddess for you. And you guys witnessed first hand a Dutch Windmill (and you felt it 😁). Floor has 3 distinct styles. Head banging(straight forward, then back), hair whip(almost like cracking a bull whip) and the Windmill(continuous 360 degree revolutions). Why Windmill? Well she is Dutch. Floor her name is derived from the Roman Goddess of Spring, Flora. Floor Jansen is called the Valkyrie Goddess of Metal and Empathy. Floor Jansen is a soprano, with a range of more than 4 octaves (Eb2 to F6) She can sing from classical to belting and raspy vocals like screaming and death growls. And she's also a voice coach and teacher to boot. Floor Jansen was the singer of the Dutch metal band After Forever from 1997 to early 2009. From 1999 she studied at the Rockacademie in Tilburg with classmates Jacqueline Govaert and Danny Vera, where she graduated in 2003. In addition to her activities at After Forever, she gave singing lessons. She plays guitar, piano and flute. On May 5, 2010, she presented her new band ReVamp, which was disbanded in September 2016. From 1 October 2012 Jansen replaced Anette Olzon as singer of Nightwish during the Imaginaerum World Tour. On October 9, 2013, it was announced that she would be the group's regular new front singer. In 2015, Nightwish released the album Endless Forms Most Beautiful with Jansen as lead singer. Nightwish's second studio album with Jansen as front singer, Human. :II: Nature., was released in April 2020. We hope, that there is more coming. 🤘😎🤘.

Great reaction. I do have one suggestion thou. Do you need that noise gate on your mics, because it makes your talking sound kind of unnatural and bit "exhausting" to listen to? If your mic picks up too much noise, maybe you could adjust your gate a bit, or maybe you could double your audio track, and make one a "bleed channel" without gate, and adjust it's volume lower? But it's not too bad...just my suggestion to make it better (at least for my ear).

Thanks for the comment. We currently record on a loud desktop pc and have noisy lights hence need fairly heavy noise reduction + noise gate. Will see if we can ease on it 🤘

u talk about her being tall? well...eh, she is tall, about 6"1 tall =:D, but u have to add few inches top of that, depending what kind of boots/heels (sometimes) shes wearing on stage ps: also its pretty hard to miss stage-presence or comanding persona like that, espec with that kind of Voice pss: sorry if my english has some mess writes etc, its NOT my first language
