The part of Elaine was for an older woman with a 16 year old daughter - Marilu was too young for the part - but the producers were so taken with her they hired and made the character younger with no child -- can you blame them - these producers were ordinary looking guys whose dream girl would be Henner

Andy Kaufman's best stuff was the multiple personality shows. Latka was annoying, but these episodes were great! and of course an amazing sitcom. Taxi was awesome....
