Hey man, well, I dont wanna drive in this chaotic traffic in the cities. Outside its ok, but I dont wanna imagine the problems if your are involved into an accident. I always use busses, taxis and sometimes motoconchos (motorbikes). And ... Dont drink and drive, so having a driver is great.. Enjoy fantastic Sosua and the whole DR!!!
