I got homie who killed someone at 12 years old. He went on a roberry with a bunch of older guys and I dont know what transpired where he pulled the trigger but he just got out at 32 years old. He's a completely different person now though. He has a job and takes care of responsibility like a grown man

I think what he's saying is that these kids are young and don't understand their actions have severe consequences. They hear ppl rapping about killing and shooting ppl. They watch movies about it etc. They don't understand how serious it is. They assume it's what tough guys do. My ex gf lil brother killed a 14 year old when he himself was only 13. He went to county jail immediately, no juvey hall at all. He was acting like it wasn't a big deal. He didn't realize how serious the trouble he was in. He thought everyone from the streets kills ppl and do few years and get out. He went in in 1998 and got put 2015. He had 40 to life for a crime he did at 13. He ended up getting govener pardon to reduce his sentence and got out in 2015 or so. Now he's doing great. Once he was in prison, he matured and was already Making plans to be successful when he got out. He owns a few 18 wheelers now and has his trucking business going strong. So ppl that young can mature and rehabilitate and become a functioning member of society
