+Guy Who Knows Too Much A big monsterous grr face is just a style. It's a common style to use very big shapes in the face and there's plenty of other suits with a big chunky frown and large teeth! There's many ways to give such an expression your own spin also. So it would be plagiarism to copy Tayerr's markings and details, and perhaps also if you made a pharaoh dog with the same exact shapes (so it basically looked like a Tayerr recolour). But chunky legs, big ears and a big frowny face in general, like in the picture you linked, are just features a lot of people use and so are fair game.
