Just RC only temporarily... and let’s face it grass grows fast! It rips it up a bit true. Obviously it’d be amazing if we had a spot to run just for us!... build a track, or a special facility / oval or something... but of course that’s a pipe dream. Football fields / fields with horses or farmers fields/ golf courses galore for miles around here.... so I feel zero guilt ripping up a bit of grass on a Footie pitch.... both my lads play football too💪🏼💪🏼

Really is each to their own in this sport and personally not a fan at all of the wheels, car sounds spot on, but no to them wheels, like I say though, just my opinion and 2pence worth. 👍

Me to man same boat like I like the idea of the foam less wheels but they legit look like PVC pipe with some glued on rubber lol. I think if they made the tire part thicker so it actually looked like a full tire it would fix it for me. I have a stock 5t2.0 so not like I need them right now anyways I'm sure they will have revisions in the future.

These wheels are more about purpose than looks.....I personally love how they look but when you have a big bore and blow up just about everything including BRP’s you’ll understand why these wheels are needed. Engines are getting more and more powerful, these are soooo needed in the hobby. I have 8 of them on order right now and will get more.

@@JustRockRC with all due respect I own several high power 5th scale cars and I’ve personally not had any issues when I’ve been using it properly, I mean I’ve had to put gorilla tape round the inserts and I’ve put larger screws in the bead locks so I can really tighten them on. But as far as the tyres coming free from the wheel and splitting, I’ve only had that when I’ve not tightened the bead locks (my fault) or I’ve ballooned the tyres massively when doing high jump. (Again my fault and not what’s they’re designed for, but it’s funny) But even then it’s usually a worn tyre. I feel these would just shatter or go “egg shaped” on a heavy landing. Again though I’ve never tested any so I may be mistaken, but I’d also never purchase any just on the off chance I’m right. 👍 happy motoring peeps

Dean course mate! We all like different things. They suit some rigs and not others no doubts. This setup felt really good on this car. The wheels looks wise definitely take some getting used too.

nitrors4pr exactly right mate. These are designed this way for a reason!... and they accomplish their design brief very well. They do not blow up/ off. Even when soaked. ( an issue with brp’s)
