I love that you are reviewing godivas secret wigs, I’ve watched their videos for years. Taylor is a beautiful style. The silver stone is pretty, but I just love the chocolate swirl. That’s probably the color I would choose. Wonderful review!

Hi Jean! Thanks so much for watching and commenting!!! I have had wig consults with 3-4 people at a time. Usually it was for 1 or 2 people and they had support people attend with them. It ends up feeling like a "party" but I really concentrate on the individual, because most of my clients are all first-time wig wearers and they are very nervous about getting a wig and looking obvious. So a big part of my consulting is explaining what they can expect, how to look at wigs, determine what might be best for their needs, and I help them choose wigs to try on and show them how to put them on comfortably. I also have a client intake form that I record info about each client, why they're considering wigs, measurements, styles and colors that they like, etc. I had 2 clients today and I usually spend about 1-2 hours with each client. I have yet to do anything with Zoom, GoogleMeet for consultations because everyone wants to try on wigs in person. During the height of COVID, I used my experience as a dental hygienist to work with people closely and still maintain infection control. Now everyone feels comfortable with meeting in person. But I have offered to do virtual consults with individuals for problem-solving for specific challenges with wigs/wig wearing. I'm so glad you did this video as I have been looking at Taylor for awhile but the videos on the Godiva Secret Wig site are not as close up & detailed as you make them. I'm hoping maybe someday you will review Nicole mono in their darker colors as well. You look really nice in the chocolate swirl, it suits your complexion color :)

When I started the wig interest it was with Godiva. I knew nothing about how to make them you’re own. I also didn’t realize I had such a small head. I was not able to find anything that didn’t make me look like a mushroom head. Taylor I never got but she would overwhelm my face. I like the mother daughter team. But not for me . On you that dark one is elegant. Very beautiful on you.

I totally remember that feeling, Jenny!!! There’s Nothing that screams “WIG!” more than that!!! And if you don’t know anything about how to make them your own, or control the permitees, or how to look for some other wig that is going to look different than a mushroom, you feel pretty helpless, don’t you? I would say that GSW as a rule Has Fuller wicks, wouldn’t you? This is good on one hand because it covers the wefts and the cap so well. And sometimes other wigs that are less dense end up showing the caps and Wes which is not a good thing. It’s just a matter of finding the right wig for ourselves, right? @@cocoshairsolutions there wigs are very full. I believe now that I know much more, and would find a petite wig it wouldn’t be an issue. I can thin them now. But that 1” in diameter for the head makes a difference. But I did love it on you. You looked very young and sassy. So enjoy it. Hugs right back to you. 💕❤️

@@cocoshairsolutions I've been wearing crazy coloured fashion wigs on and off for 30 years. I have every colour of the rainbow, so irish spice is not a bright colour for me lol. Red green purple blue etc, combinations. I've only recently got into normal colour wigs. Currently listing after jon renaus zara lol x

Hi Susan! This particular wig is a little on the denser side and will be a little warmer than most wigs during a hot day. So I would plan to wear her when I know I won't be spending a lot of time in the heat of day. There are lots of other longer wigs to choose from that won't be as heavy/hot. How does taylor compare to maybe Juno or Easton by paula young

They're all very close, but Taylor is slightly shorter, has razor cut edges. Juno and Easton have more fullness and more of a blunt cut at the ends and Taylor seems to be straighter where Juno and Easton have more fullness & flouncy body at the ends than Taylor.
