Taylor Series (Notes #20 - Section 11.10 part 1)

We can write the power series representations of some functions using the formula for the sum of a geometric series, but what about other functions that don't line up so easily with that formula? What is the general method for finding a power series representation for a function, and what's really going on to make it possible?

It doesn't change the answer at all but at 23:28 I think the numerator should be 2(x+4)
