@@santiagoandradesantúnez The original 1989 was in my opinion the third best pop album of all time. (After Teenage Dream and Future Nostalgia). Max Martin's production was legendary. Now in the newer version. She has tried and failed to replicate the carefree energy she had in the OG. Jack Antonoff has made the production more boring etc.

@@santiagoandradesantúnez No, they are different. They are not the same. The whole point is they are re-recorded and re-produced so she owns the rights. Max Martin produced the original and gave it a brilliant sound. Jack Antonoff produced the new one and tbh took all life away from the record
