It was about the song Famous, he called Taylor to run some lyrics by her about her. He recorded the conversation, and then he and Kim edited it to make it sound like Taylor knew about the lyric "I made that b!tch famous". About 3 years ago someone leaked the original tape and showed who the real liars were.

She forgave him once. She even wrote a song called "Innocent" that swifties have mixed feelings about because it's a positive song about forgiving Kanye. She wrote it because she was happy to be friends again, but that was before the second disaster involving Kim/Kanye releasing a private phone conversation in which Taylor supposedly approved the lyrics "I made that bitch famous". This made it look like Taylor had lied, and this led to the dramatic dark period of Taylor being cancelled, etc., which eventually resulted in the Reputation album comeback.

Actually she forgave him twice before the phone call incident.. In 2015 he called Taylor and said he wanted to be friends and asked her if she would honor him with presenting him with the Vanguard award at The VMA´s he was getting, and she agreed. So at the VMAs she got up on stage talked about what a great artist he was and how she considered him to be a great friend now.. But when he got to the stage and accepted the award from her, he then preceded to bash Taylor and said that he never would have wanted to have Taylor give him this award and that it was forced upon him by the VMAs. He then said he was running for president. During his speech you can see Taylor standing in the audience, first with her arm around Kim K and then realising what Kanye was doing and moving away from Kim in shock. She ran offstage and cried. According to Taylor he then tried to apologize again, even sent her flowers, and in the end she forgave him for that too. So that man has been playing mind games with her her whole career. If you google that there are horrible pictures of Taylor looking so shocked and horrified.

You understood it perfectly my friend! The timeline is he got up on stage during the VMAs then he apologized publicly then he took back his apology. Around 2014 ish she presented him with an award at the MTV Music Awards (Kanye asked Taylor personally if she would be willing to) She gave this wonderful speech, was standing with Kim & he literally got up there & said the only reason MTV had her introduce him was so they'd get better ratings. Then he & Kim secretly recorded a conversation with Taylor where he was asking Taylor if she would promote his album & the song Famous on her Twitter or something & told her a few of the lyrics but not the full lyrics. Then he released Famous (I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? I made that Bitch famous) They knew Taylor would speak out about not being happy to be called that, so they edited the call video so that when she denied having given him permission, it sounded like she was lying. The whole thing was manufactured to use Taylor to get more Splash for the release of his album without caring at all what would happen to her. You saw this when you watched the documentary. This was when Kim called her a snake & that's where all the snake emojis were flooded into her social media & #TaylorSwiftisoverparty was trending worldwide. She literally moved to London and nobody saw her for a year. Then she came back with Reputation, calling everybody out. In 2020 someone in Kim's Camp leaked the full unedited video which clearly shows Taylor had been telling the truth the whole time & it's very obvious that the whole thing was manufactured simply to use Taylor and obviously we know what has happened with Kanye & Kim since then. They fucked around & found out exactly what TayVoodoo is! (I'll explain this terrifying force of nature if you need me to!)😉

Sadly it was years after the 2009 vma, I think after they made amends at 2015 vma...they seemed cool with each other; and then Kanye and Kim did what they did ☹All comments below explain it. Great reaction! This is song sounds fun and at the same time it's kind of sad.

She got up on stage and told everyone what a great artist he was and how they were friends now, but then he got on stage and said that he was horrified that the VMAS made him recieve the award from Taylor, that he would never have chosen her, It must be her trying to promote herself and that he was appalled by it. He then preceded to say he was running for president. The pictures of Taylor from that night are awful to see, first she is standing with her arm around Kim K and then when she realizes what he was doing, she moved further and further away from her. According to Taylor she ran backstage and cried. Kanye tried to manipulate her again and apologised, but Taylor refused.
