Now it’s July 2020, watching this interview after I just watched the first music video from the Folklore album. This interview was done a few months after I’d taken my young daughter to her first concert. She was so excited telling her friends she was going to see Taylor Swift do Fearless live, she was 8... lol 😂 It was September 4th 2009, Kellie Pickler and Gloriana opened for her. The years have flown by. She’s a mega star, I like many others knew Taylor was going to be major music icon!! Yass she’s done it again and again, artist of the decade and no signs of slowing down and she’s only 30!! ❤️

Fast forward to February 2024. I am A 62 year old woman. I wasn’t much into Taylor till recently. Well, since she been dating her NFL bf. I find Taylor is an amazing adorable young woman. She has all her ducks in A Row. Her head on her shoulders. She is right about little girls & their mothers. I am so very happy & proud of Taylor as is she were my own daughter. She is such amazing human , A Beautiful Soul. We will never have to worry about her getting in to drugs or alcohol. 🙂👍🏼. Her parents must be so very proud of her I love her voice & when she sings with other singers how sweet she is to each & everyone of them. She will make An amazing loving Wife & Mother some day. Praying they are both in her cards. Kids , not sure about. She is 30 or so and with A Full and hectic schedule. I can’t see Taylor having Nannies watching her children. No way. That’s so not Taylor. Maybe one day I will be able to see Taylor in concert. Highly unlikely but you never know. Taylor if ever you read this You make this Canadian Woman proud. Keep on singing n having fun.

"I've never been drunk, I'm not a party girl, I've never been interested in that, this is not where I am right now and I don't think it's ever going to be".... yeah... love Taylor since that exact year of 2008. Then 2016 happened. Now she's so so so proudly a drinker and a drunker, every time she post a series of videos or photos, there's at least two of her drinking alcohol. She so proudly and so frequently mentions that love and need for drinking. She been hungover to red carpets. I mean she is an adult now she's doing nothing wrong. But I still think it's sad. Because it started with trauma and it became a guhe need in her life after turning into drinking to cope. To me it's sad and odd how we normalize and romanticize alcohol. I see clear signs that heavy drinking became her coping mechanism after 2016 and she still drinks a lot, a lot and I do think she was adicted for a while, and to me it's so weird that most swifties don't seem to care or even notice that, from 2017 to 2020 it's right there in her lyrics, in her jokes, in her interviews, in her behavior. but now she doesn't seems to be in that place anymore. Hope she's healthy now and I do think she is. Love her.

When she did this interview she was underage she even posted a pic at a football game during the 1989 era and had a cup of beer and everyone flipped out as if she isn't a grown woman out with her friends yes 2016 was a rough year and she even said in the NYC speech how she drank a lot that year but she is literally fine and pretty much always has been, calm down
