I mean...I did suffer from nightly panic attacks this year, but I've been having them for like 6 years now. Most likely, this is due to an illness i developed around then interacting with my long-standing anti-insomnia/anti-bipolar medication, which I take at night. I'd change it, but it works too well overall for me to seriously consider it. I'd rather suffer through a bit of existential panic, and then distract myself with a book, than go through the pain of trying out new medication. Plus, it's been 6 years, and I'm pretty much used to it at this point.
