Girls, if you're young, you can still achieve a level of fitness that will allow you to dance in heels easily. It's actually easier than it seems, it just takes a bit of dedication. If you're older and not very flexible, or if you have health problems, it's better not to attempt it though. It's not that important that you should risk your health and well being.

Bardzo podobają mi się Wasze układy taneczne, ale mam wrażenie, że coraz więcej jest w nich fragmentów chodzonych. Oglądam każdy nowy układ, ponieważ szukam pierwszego tańca na wesele, jednak nie mogę się zdecydować bo w każdym jest coś co mi się podoba i nie podoba.

Cześć! Przy dłuższych układach zazwyczaj dodajemy elementy bujania się czy też fragmenty bardziej chodzone, żeby ułatwić naukę. Przy choreografii ponad 3 minuty i tak, jest już dużo elementów do zapamiętania dla osób początkujących, dochodzi jeszcze „lekki stres” ;), dlatego też takie zwolnienia świetnie się sprawdzają. Jeśli jesteście Parą bardziej zaawansowaną, możecie te elementy zastąpić dynamiczniejszy krokami. W razie pytań, śmiało piszcie :)
