Not gonna lie. This song isn’t made for crying but when I listened to it after my parents got into big fights, ddamn... the lyrics hit me. what a journey! my partner and i celebrated 10 years together this past july. i am pregnant with our second boy, our first will be 4 soon. this video just triggered something in me, i remember singing it at the beginning of our relationship but being totally clueless about where i'd be a decade later. so many 2:30am fights, so many redeeming moments. what a rollercoaster. can't believe i just full face sobbed by the end of this video. maybe it's the hormones, maybe it's the nostalgia, maybe it's just 2020. grateful and emotional.
