@peptobismolveins4 жыл бұрын
I can’t imagine to be in Taylor’s place and being ripped off of what you’ve put your blood, sweat and tears into. She was there for the all of it, wrote all of it, saw how all of it was conceived to being a successful final song. And then that rat had the courage to say “he bought Taylor” in a glory and paint Taylor in bad light for exposing him. Like heck no, I ain’t supporting him in no way. People can be so unethical and society still supports them 🤢
@spoopyirene91454 жыл бұрын
For real though, I’m genuinely concerned as to why Scott would ever sell Taylor’s masters to Sc*oter. She was the first artist on Big Machine and they would be NOTHING without her, this just proves that music is just a way for record labels to get money, and the fact that sc*oter told Taylor that she would be able to perform her old hits at the 2019 AMAS only if she doesn’t re record them which only proves my point. If she re records her old music, the masters that Sc*oter now owns would not get any plays, which means no money. And who names their child Sc*oter????

This video proves more than one thing. What we already knew, that Taylor is insanely talented, and what a lot of people take for granted: how amazing at his job Jack is! Like holy shit how does he do this stuff so fast???
@Lucky13_5373 жыл бұрын
A misconception some people have is that Taylor always comes to a production / recording session with the lyrics to a song already fully written. She did this mostly with Nathan Chapman in her earlier albums, but with many other producers she's worked with, especially Max Martin, Shellback and Antonoff, in most cases she would finish creating the lyrics with them. This is why those producers are credited as songwriters in most of the songs they worked on with Taylor. This video is a great example of that process.
@zachbernstein3804 Жыл бұрын
That may be true for the last 2, but a known fact abt Martin is that he requires in his contract to be credited as a writer even if he didn’t write any lyrics. He’s the only guy who can get away with it, since he’s so good at his job, and that’s a major reason why Tay didn’t call him back for the re-records.

this is so fun to watch as an aspiring music artist/songwriter. taylor is such a huge inspiration to me and has been for as long as i can remember (esp since i grew up in the south). i struggle so much with a perfectionist mindset that i toss out anything that doesn’t feel PERFECT. watching her songwriting process shows me that EVERY song, even really good ones that top the charts, sound unfinished/weird in the process. I MEAN DUH but when i listen to my own drafts and it doesn’t sound like a finished song after 30 minutes of writing i start doubting myself. being able to watch these moments is so important to me. thank you taylor.

I watch someone like this and am genuinely floored that so many people say she can't sing. Some of these moments were so gorgeous it took my breath away.

I love Taylor's simplicity, besides being a spectacular singer, In everything she does, The songs she composes with a lot of love, she has shine, Taylor remains a wonderful singer and we will always be by her side. kisses in your heart.

The fact that she doesn't even write a whole song on a piece of paper but she just go to a studio and spit out words. And if she write it on a piece of paper she would just literally fix it with her co writers and would sound a bit different.

she records what she has in her voice memos first, including any lyric ideas, and then she goes to the studio and turns it all into music. she also has a documents with words she wants to use and phrases she might want to add :) but yea pretty much

It's why I think she is a high functioning neurodivergent savant. There is no way a neurotypical person could come up with the songs and melodies that she is able to.

I listened to a podcast do a structural analysis on the “over and over and over again” part of I Did Something Bad, explaining how it’s crafted to be so satisfying, and here’s Taylor just… spitting it out off the top of her head. She’s on another level.

@@freaknunes Switched On Pop. They did an episode on Reputation and episodes on quite a few of her other albums. They’re actually what changed me from “yeah I like some Taylor Swift music I guess” to full-on Swiftie.

Proof that Taylor is an incredible song writer, and possibly the greatest of her generation. I write pop punk/ hardcore music, and I’ve learned a ton about song writing from Taylor. It takes a true talent of someone mostly considered “pop” to inspire and teach people across all genres and platforms.

Such a cooool comment. I'm a musician/performer, not a songwriter. She's my mentor. I'm learning so much about how to engage an audience, express more emotion, and embody the lyrics. She doesn't hold anything back, and that is such an inspiration to me.

This is the ultimate for me as a TS fan. Seeing her actually creating art is the thing. The Magic. It's all usually hidden from fans like me, that want to observe the genius part, but she did it for the fans, and that sells her for me, through thick and thin, for a long time now. It's great. Stevekc.

Truly, I’m two months older than Taylor to the day (October 13, 1989) and as a teenager, I was a brat and just “too cool for this mainstream stuff” and then I heard Reputation and never looked back. Full on Swiftie and proud of it. Spent a ridiculous amount of money and time on Eras tour tickets and blast any Taylor song when it comes up on shuffle, no shame lol. Wish I’d have been more open minded when I was younger. This album never got the love it deserved. I mean Getaway Car “the ties were black the lies were white/ in shades of gray and candlelight”🔥 Top five Taylor song for me.

Me too! Arrogant about pop music! There’s no one as talented as her! Who? No one. I mean as a singer songwriter, performer & business owner. Her sun is conjunct the Galactic Center. She’s from off-world!

Not because I'm saying these because I'm a fan of her, Taylor Swift not only has the greatest personality, like she's the most humble and entertaining person ever you'd want to hang out with once, she is an incredible singer with a witty mind, putting efforts on efforts into her work, she's literally genius. I wasn't very fond of her 'til I started to search the deepest of her.
