Taylor just recently sent a girl tickets to a girl she promised tickets to 5 years ago. The girl when she was about 8 yo had been in a car crash and had severe burns, Taylor went to visit her at that time. Now 5 years later she kept her promise. Taylor's next tour got canceled due to covid, but Taylor remembered her promise.

Yeah, her personality is just soooo sweet and she's so kind. I mean, I just saw a tiktok of a mom whose daughter wanted to give Taylor a drawing at the Eras Tour, so they gave it to a security guy or someone like that, not expecting anything, but during the show, people came to their seats with the drawing signed by Taylor with a answered question and the mom said that they filmed reaction of that litttle girl because Taylor wanted to see it.
