"Out Of The Woods" Looking at it now It all seems so simple We were lying on your couch I remember You took a Polaroid of us Then discovered (then discovered) The rest of the world was black and white But we were in screaming color And I remember thinking… [2x:] Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods? Are we in the clear yet? Are we in the clear yet? Are we in the clear yet? In the clear yet? Good Are we out of the woods? Looking at it now Last December (last December) We were built to fall apart Then fall back together (back together) Your necklace hanging from my neck The night we couldn't quite forget When we decided (we decided) To move the furniture so we could dance, Baby, like we stood a chance Two paper airplanes flying, flying, flying And I remember thinkin' [2x:] Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods? Are we in the clear yet? Are we in the clear yet? Are we in the clear yet? In the clear yet? Good Are we out of the woods?!a Remember when you hit the brakes too soon? Twenty stitches in the hospital room When you started cryin', baby, I did, too But when the sun came up, I was lookin' at you Remember when we couldn't take the heat I walked out and said, "I'm settin' you free," But the monsters turned out to be just trees And when the sun came up, you were lookin' at me You were lookin' at me You were lookin' at me, I remember, oh, I remember [4x:] Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods? Are we in the clear yet? Are we in the clear yet? Are we in the clear yet? In the clear yet? Good

can we appreciate the channeling of anxiety in this music video? anxiety induced dreams often consist of being chased or falling from great heights, which happens here. and this song is about anxiety in a relationship, but we can see that she chose to jump from that cliff, as if she is choosing to endure the anxiety of this relationship because she loves the person. this woman.

This mv is ridiculously slept on. This is a masterpiece y'all; the cinematography is so amazing and it stays true to her storytelling ability as if we are watching a movie. She said in an interview that the number one feeling she had in her relationship with Harry was anxiety, that's why she keeps repeating the same line in the chorus, the mv depicted her anxiety so well. This deserves more love.

They were jealous of their luck and happy, lovely life. (World is black and white, but we were screaming colors). I like that the video represents conflict within herself about a relationship. She throws the necklace showing that she wants to free herself from a toxic situation yet reaches for it as it flies because she wants to believe things will work out. The wolves represent self doubt and nature represents aspects of the relationship where there were beautiful moments that quickly turned into nightmares.

This song means a lot to me, whenever I was little. I was playing hide and go seek with my cousins, and I maybe ran to far into the woods and there was a wired fence, I climbed under it for a hiding spot and whenever I saw the other side it was a beautiful landscape, and the sun was high up in the sky. I still don't know how I remember this or how I even figured out how to get back to my cousins, but i was tempted to just run into that field and be free. Until my cousins yelled my name and told me to come back, i was hesitant at first but went anyway. This means cherish your moments with the people you love, and always look after mother nature. It could be a beautiful world if we all just work together ❤

What I took from the music video is that at the start Taylor was perfectly fine with herself looking at the ocean like a huge world of oppurtunity before her. Then a tiny little branch (I'm assuming this is someone she loves) comes sneaking behind her to only remind her that she has so many unresolved issues. This music video is literally the saying "the only way out is through".I think this journey just symbolizes all the obstacles Taylor had to go through like dealing with the media (the wolves) and her desire for a fairytale romance (throwing away the necklace) and her ex/memories that just never seems to leave her alone (the branches). Then shit really hit the fan for her (her falling so many times during the fire and ice scenes) but each time she gets up and she looks more and more confident each time. The scene where she is among the wolves is like she's not scared of what the media thinks of her anymore and that could also symbolize her squad of friends backing her up. Then she ends up finding herself going through all of that realizing she didn't need a boy to fulfill her because she already was already everything in the beginning. Or i'm just really drunk from this wine... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

The *Shake It Off* video was cool, *Blank Space* was madly beautiful, *Style* was art, *Bad Blood* was rich in detail and could've been a movie *Wildest Dreams* was damn emotional AND THIS IS EVERYTHING OF THE ABOVE!!!! FAVORITE TAYTAY MUSIC VIDEO!!

This song is really underrated.Harry Styles really inspired Taylor Swifts some of the best songs in a very good way.

@@skyeharper8830 well..I'm happy that both Taylor and Harry are happy now.We don't know what could've happened if they didn’t break up,maybe we could get something like Lover dedicated to Harry.Who knows 🤷♀
