the good thing about when it is the singer who writes her songs, you get to know them through the story behind their written songs. we fans do not just want to listen of what they have released, we also want to know if what they sing has connection to them because that is where we hear their souls. and sometimes what happens to people (most especially about feelings) have similarities so we could relate easily and we feel like there is someone out there who understands us because they've been there, they've been through it.

@AnnieUnicorn19942 жыл бұрын
can't believe it's stolen, she wrote it at 12 that's so emotional, also can't wait to buy and hear it as Taylor's Version, cause it describes exactly what I felt at school I'm so happy, cause I never bought one of her stolen albums, I bought Lover, than Fearless TV and RED TV, next 2 will be Folklore and Evermore and than every future re-recorded album.

I think it's funny when people say that Emily is out of key and have no clue who Emily is. Same reason the Agencey didn't go to the T Party room, nobody notices the people in the background who make the music. This song meant so much to me when I was 12. I'm 21 now, I miss the old Taylor but we all go our separate ways. I will always be thankful for her, and how much she changed my life. She was there when I needed a friend, love you Taylor.

I feel the same way. I’ve been a fan ever since my mom bought me the Album back in 2007. I was in middle school and 21 now as well. In middle school, I had no true friends until 7th grade but I still felt like I was an outcast and this song perfectly described how I felt.

I’m 12 and nearly every single breaktime and lunchtime I go and sit on the bike racks at school and cry my eyes out to this song. I can sometimes not bear to go into the cafeteria because whenever I sit down everyone moves away. I don’t know why they don’t like me. I mean I know I’m different; I like country music and sing it and write songs every spare minute I get but I try to be kind! I feel just like Taylor and her country twang is the only thing that comforts me. I love you Taylor :) xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hey I’m 25 and what I can tell you is that everything will definitely get better. Many school kids don’t have their own opinions and they imitate what others do. Taylor had the exact same experience as you. Those people are just mean.

THIS! Totally agree! The music on 'Red' is a long way from her first album, but it's still Taylor. And her hair and style may have changed, but I can guarantee that she'd be getting a hard time if she didn't. And just think of all the new fans she'll be picking up with Red. I wouldn't be surprised if her next album is more 'country' and back to her roots.

I didn't know what I would find When I went looking for a reason, I know I didn't read between the lines And, baby, I've got nowhere to go I tried to take the road less traveled by But nothing seems to work the first few times Am I right? [Chorus:] So how can I ever try to be better? Nobody ever lets me in I can still see you, this ain't the best view On the outside looking in I've been a lot of lonely places I've never been on the outside You saw me there, but never knew I would give it all up to be A part of this, a part of you And now it's all too late so you see You could've helped if you had wanted to But no one notices until it's too Late to do anything [Repeat Chorus] So how can I ever try to be better?
