So glad we have the internet where we can all share our opinions and although we disagree, there is still those people out there that can have a civil conversation. So thank you. :) But to rephrase my original comment, in no way whatsoever did I intend for my comment to come across as "negative". I am actually a very positive person and I try to vibrate at a high frequency. I was just sharing my opinion and saying that they probably aren't comparing one another's success. Taylor because... 1. Selena wasn't inactive for very long 2. Taylor hadn't released an album in just over 3 years 3. Look What You Made Me Do was such a smash hit and had very little promotion which broke the record for most KZbin views in 24 hours 4. Reputation has one of the best opening weeks for an album of all time.

Selena i dont think had a comback but i think she done well with the health issues she was going through, Taylor's comeback in a career sense , after she was non stop in the media and in peoples mouths and headlines and on the news and celebs and then social media dragging her completely to the mud, i think she did an amazing comeback. Both did great. But Taylor's comeback snatched wigs.

I totally agree. Plus, Selena has also been busy in film and TV with her 13 Reasons Why producer position and voice acting for the Mavis girl in Hotel Transylvania 3. Nothing screams comeback material if she has been working a lot lately, especially in the bigger show biz departments. She just took a break from producing music for a while to get back to her actressing roots. That's all.

I admit that before she could not sing well and she used to lie sync a lot. But right now (2020 edition) from her rare album, you can see she has had a great vocal improvement.
