One of the more impressive things about Taylor is how many members of her team, both on stage and off stage, have been with her for well over a decade. Amos, Paul, the drummer, her backup singers, some of her dancers, Tree, her tour manager etc. I suspect she is demanding to work for but she doesn't expect more of anyone than she demands of herself. If you prove yourself to her the loyalty works both ways
