The Kleinfields place seems like you are paying more for the hype of the tv show. The designer coming out was nice, but seems like part of a sales pitch to me. I honestly love the beautiful simplistic but elegant spaghetti strap lacy dress from the first place the best and I imagine it has a more reasonable price tag❤

I agree with everyone in the comments: you should be a wedding dress model, I have never seen anyone wear every single dress so perfectly! No wonder Kleinfeld put you front and center and the designer specifically came over to speak with you! The dress at (25:05) reminded me of a take on vintage Schiaparelli and you wore it like a Queen (although I don’t see it as the final choice lol). My favorite part was from (3:14-3:19) the glowing look between you and your mom! 💕🎉

Had so much fun watching this! I think my fave was that very simple classic one with no lace or embellishment. It looked very classic 1950s or 60s and timeless. I loved it. It reminds me of my dress except my dress was short. However I also can see you in tule and lace. I know you will make the perfect decision!

I dress shopped in NYC and went to so many freaking dress shops. I thought I found "the one" so many times. I almost bought a dress from Spina Bride - like got the invoice and everything. and then I watched back the video on the subway ride home of myself walking in it and not standing on the platform and I didn't like it! So pro tip - take pics and video - standing on and off the platform and walking. Have funnnn!

I was living in downtown Chicago and purchased my gown from Exclusives for the Bride. I tried on many dresses in the city and ended up deciding on the first dress I tried on that day. I could not get it out of my mind. It was a Givenchy Couture. Exclusives was having a Givenchy trunk show that day. It was so gorgeous and it was hand made in France and then shipped to Chicago for my fitting. No regrets. My pictures are so pretty and I am so glad that I chose a dress that was timeless. You looked beautiful in every dress! Can’t wait to see what you ultimately decide for your special day!

Let me give you a very important tip for a strapless dress. When you have your fittings, make sure your waist at your hips is a tad tight. That is what is going to hold your dress up, and will keep from you tugging it up all night. Also your dress will stretch as the night goes on so make sure you feel a bit snug at the beginning of the day. It is not a given that seamstresses will just do this they will generally let you lead the fit. Not so tight you can’t breathe of course just a good nip at the waist. Most people think the bust is what holds it up , but it is the waist. I hate watching a bride tug on her dress all day. Also maybe add some snap on straps for end of the day dancing, they don’t have to come with the dress, maybe just some pearl or beaded ones you can snap in for worry less getting down on the dance floor😉😂

That was so fascinating! I never did a formal wedding dress but it's so cool to see what's out there. I loved my wedding outfit--vintage 50's pink linen coat, modern pink linen floral garden party dress, and pink mary janes. I carried a vintage lucite bag and wore vintage lucite and rhinestone jewelry. It was very me LOL. Although Kleinfeld's atmosphere was too busy and noisy, I will say that their dresses were exceptionally beautiful, especially the one at 18 minutes in. That sort of 1950s Audrey look really suits you! But you looked gorgeous in every single dress, tbh! The third place was so calm and relaxing and their dresses were exquisite as well. I can't wait to see what you chose! Thanks so much for taking us along!
