I got pregnant and gave birth abroad, now I'm finally bringing my son home

Hello again! It's been a while :) This vlog is about our family trip to Canada, what it was like to finally bring Levi home to meet my family, as well as some baby/toddler travel tips that worked well for us.
I had the most wonderful month making it harder than ever to leave. Having a kid and getting older makes time more apparent and living abroad more and more tough.
Thanks for sharing these special moments with me and allowing me to open up about what’s going on in my mind.

I wouldn’t get too excited about having consistent videos from her, she uploaded this right before the 6 month cutoff where KZbin stops monetizing videos. Not shaming her at all, I’m glad she’s spending time with her family and still giving us content, I just wouldn’t expect to see her again until around August when she NEEDS to upload again.

@@Brittanywithaney absolutely, my son is a few months younger than Levi and i can’t imagine traveling, filming and editing a video all while trying to run a business and be a partner! Plus her husband has his own business if i remember correctly. And it’s not like she gave us a half arsed video either, this is quality and keeps us up to date with what they have going on while also providing privacy. I’d definitely looove having more consistent content from Taylor but as a mom I can’t do anything but respect her decision to step back and be with her son

Absolutely 😭 I always wish to one day go back and never leave again but the years keep passing and I still want to live abroad for a little longer chasing dreams and a better life financially. Tears streaming down my face when I saw your Dad holding your hand and you holding on to Levi.We have a pretty similar TTC story,my hubs and I struggled for 4 years and finally got our baby boy last year, he is turning 1 in a couple of weeks.Unfortunately, my Dad passed before he could meet his grandbaby, so seeing you with your Dad healed me a bit. ❤❤❤❤❤

My dad passed this Father’s Day and it healed my heart a bit to see that while I was saying goodbye in a sad memory, you were with your father and husband happy. I have a feeling you made your dad a lot more happier then he even showed with Levi. And you made Tom happy, even with his sea sickness, that he could even experience that fishing trip. Perhaps next time a fishing trip while just standing on land? Enough places to visit that would allow excellent fishing while not on a boat. Perhaps a special company that could make his day even more? Send him to a nearby fishing ship? Might also be interesting. Great video :)

The developmental spurts kids go through when you travel is insane. We found both of our kids always had developmental jumps whenever we traveled back to the States or traveled somewhere on vacation, or just went and did things that were out of the normal.

I'm not a mum but as someone living abroad and after covid and not being able to go back so often I had exactly the same feeling, suddenly time was passing, parents, aunts, cousins... everyone getting old, kids appearing everywhere... people not telling you when some is ill! (I totally understood your frustration). I couldn't relate more to this as well as your heart being constantly divided between two countries and so two families as well...
